FAQ'S
1. How long does it take for my item to be dispatched?
All items are handmade and while they are mostly in stock some are made to order. QI aims to dispatch same day or the next working day.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

3. My item is late/hasn't arrived. What can I do?
Occasionally items can take a little longer to arrive such as a bank holiday weekend in the middle of the transit time. If your item still hasn't arrived after 7 days, please get in touch with QI at quantockinspiration@outlook.com stating your order no. QI will be able to tell you whether your item has been delivered or whether delivery has been attempted. It is always a good idea to check any outbuildings you may have and also check with neighbours to see if your item has been left there.
4. My item has arrived damaged. Can you help?
In the rare and unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with QI at quantockinspiration@outlook.com and send an image of the damaged item along with the packaging. QI will of course replace any items free of charge if your item has been damaged through delivery transit.
